No Resistance Ring?

I wasn't sure which section I should post in, Maple QA or Bugs, seemed more of a question to me at the moment. Mods, if you feel like it should be in the Bugs section instead, go ahead & move it.

I just leveled to 70 not long ago on my Battle Mage in gMS & made 3rd advancement but the quest for the Ring seems to be missing? Is anyone else who has made it to 70 not see the quest for the Ring as well?

I remember in KMS when I got my Battle Mage to 70 a lightbulb came up for it. I went back to Ferdi (the guy in the red suit) in Edelstien & he gave me the Resistance Ring.

(December 20, 2010 – February 28, 2011)
Prove your eagerness to join the Resistance by reaching level 70 and Ferdi from Edelstein will award you with a Resistance Ring!

Have you done all of the previous Resistance quests?

I doubt it would affect it, but it's worth asking.

All the ones marked as [Required] in red are finished. Like you, I doubt it'd affect it as well..
