Looking for +2 skill hat stacking conformation.

Does it stack with C/O on 4th job skills rendering them +4 total?

I didn't find anything with my search so i figured i'd just ask if there was some conformation floating around that i missed.

It does NOT stack. Neither does learning skills from Reverse/Timeless equips. Only Combat Orders can surpass mastery.

My friend is the one who has such a hat and tested it, so I'll request an SS later.

It is not known whether this is a bug, or working as intended. The current functionality in GMS is not how it worked in KMS. Screenshots from KMS have shown both +2 skills from helm and +1 skills from reverse pushing 4th jobs over the cap.

I think our version is bugged honestly. Due to the fact that arans under certain party configurations get +3 skills from combat orders instead of +2 o.o Thats not how it should work lol.

Reverse equip skills + CO are glitched... if you have certain reverse equips with skills, it'll give +3 to almost any 4th job skill (not just the one the item has).

Anyway, 32 seems to be the cap, and equips cannot go over 30 on their own either.

I think Reverse/Timeless equips can surpass skill caps as well, but they do not stack with Combat Orders. A friend of mind claimed having level 31 Boomerang Step due to a reverse dagger adding +1. With Combat Orders his Boomerang Step was at 32.
