Decent Skills Are Fixed

Although the characters who currently have decent skills didn't lose their skills.

I'm not going to sacrifice HB on any of my characters to prove this with a screen. My friend who has HB pants confirmed that you can't keep Decent HB even if you drop, wear an overall or wear pants.

Should I recube my 2 line pants for DEX? It seems stupid to sacrifice power for hb. Especially since I have enough HP for most monsters. F3
