This is a copy pasta from my ticket I sent to Nexon, with edits to remove sensitive information.
Operating System: Windows XP SP3
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
GPU: EVGA nVidia GeForce GTX 460
RAM: 4GB Corsair Dual Channel 4x1GB
I know that things are being worked on, however I have seen nothing from Nexon to address the large amount of people (like myself) who are currently receiving a message that says we are already logged in or the server is under inspection. My account (--------) has been logged in over 13 hours while another test account I have used can log in to the game just fine. I've tracked and /find ed all of the characters on my account so I am sure that there is no other user who possesses my login information. I have also restarted my computer to verify that no services for the game are running in the background. Below are the details surrounding the occurrence of my "already logged-in" status.
Part 1:
Log in via website > Click Windia > Click Channel 9 > after a long delay, the character screen appears. Click on character ________ > Click Log In. After a few moments, the game logs in and I'm in the Ludibrium loading dock(where I last logged off). I press alt+enter to go into Window Mode, and then proceed to go into the System Options section to set my resolution to the new 1024 x 768. Upon doing this, my game crashes to the desktop.
Part 2.
After the game crashed to the desktop, I check to make sure that the maplestory.exe process is not running in my task manager, and continue to start the game again, this time with the GameLauncher. I log in successfully, and repeatedly get errors when clicking on a channel in Windia due to "too many connections". At this point I click on the View All Characters button to see a list of all of my characters and attempt to log onto my character this way. When the 'All Characters' screen appears - I don't see my main character (________) in the window so I scroll the mouse wheel to scroll downward - the game doesn't scroll and shortly after disconnects me and crashes to desktop again.
Part 3.
Upon launching the game a 3rd time, I cannot even connect to a world. Upon clicking log-in after entering my account information, I am informed that "This is an ID that is already logged in, or the server in undergoing maintenance. Please try again later.tt". And there lies my problem.
This issue has already caused me to be ineligible for the 17-days of the evolution ring due to my inability to log into the game to acquire -and successfully evolve- the ring. Please help me resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
