Character Transfer & Bans.

No long story posted made short:
I got 30 days for this and am wondering if anyone with the same / similar ban was able to successfully transfer after submitting a ticket. I have read about a few players with Autobans and various other non-hacking bans being pardoned for their offence.

The biggest piss off for me right now is that previously banned players don't have the "BUY" option grey'd out to prewarn players that they will not be able to use/purchase the transfer. Myself being under the assumption that I would be able to spent the last 3 weeks organizing my funds in favor of a positive "meso exchange rate".

In the middle of 2006(?) my account was blocked for 30 days because of billing issues with the old gifting system (Received a 5k NX gift from Paypal). When Wizet/Nexon decided to remove the feature due to Credit Card fraud, there was a noticed posted (see below for reference) regarding such.

Anyways, I have been with MapleStory since the dawn of Beta and enjoy this game very much compared to the competition out there.

I had purchased 25k NX tonight assuming I would be able to Character Transfer my main character (iLbi) from Demethos to Bellocan. I found it very disappointing that because of a very minor issue several years ago will now hinder my playing.

With my concern addressed, I have a few questions.

- Is there under any circumstances (if so, what) that my account will be able to access the Character Transfer feature?

- Limitation #7 according to your notice upon release of this feature states "You will not be allowed to transfer if your account records show any history of past abuse by you while playing the Game."

Limitation #7 refers to abuse made by the account owner. The rule is justified, considering the NX Gifting feature was removed before Character Transfers became available, however it is unfair to the large sum of people who also received a 30-day ban for the NX Gifting feature.

I do believe that the system is flawed regarding Character Transfer limitations, and my account should be pardoned of the previous (minor) offence in which I had no control over.

I would like to thank you for taking the time to read this large sum of text, and hopefully look into a possible resolution for my situation as I am not at all interested in deleting my Level 122 Night Lord and remaking it (To counter any comments about not having to delete the character, my IGN is iLbi which is -very- unique).

My possible solutions:

1. Wait for the response, then move happily ever after (Maybe)

2. Move my Crusader (different account that is like 3-4 yrs old with a terrible 50 base dex) to Demethos, play him a bit (to wait out 30-day transfer limitation) and move him

2b. Make a mule / something on my Crusader's account on Demethos to mule everything over to my destination (Bellocan), and later bring my Crusader &/or remake NL (Possibly level a KoC).

3. Enjoy the bigger bang, and go buy Cataclysm (and lose my job, gf, life, etc).

4. ?

Using the different account idea is probably your best bet, in my opinion.
