Psycho Jacks

What's the best map for them? I have been looking through haunted mansion but I keep getting lost and can't seem to find a decent spawn of them. Is foyer the best?

While I'm at it, what's best place for the Ghouls that drop stretchy material / wad of gum?

Foyer is the best place for Ghouls if I'm not mistaken.
