Well it says that the Notebooks "drop at a low rate".

350-1 sounds pretty good for a "low drop rate" for Nexon.

You can turn in Leafs at Cassandra (you can find her in allmost any town) for the Maple Leaf (face accesory) or Maple Syrup to scroll the Maple Leaf.

Maple Leafs give 5 of a base stat (str/luk/int/dex) and you can get a new one every 2 hours. Maple Syrup scrolls the Maple Leaf a la Chaos Scroll, meaning it can either up- or degrade the stats.
You can scroll 1 Leaf a total of 7 times, and it will expire within a week.

Maple Leafs can be traded for 50 of the Leafs, Maple Syrups can be traded for 25 of the Leafs.
