Balrog Boss quests

Jr Balrog, Balrog... not that hard. 8r

Most people just call Jr. Balrog Balrog. But it's not really important though.

I don't think it'll be a problem, people usually say "Jrog" or "Crog" anyway, and if they're referring to Geist Balrog it's just "Geist", so that leaves plain old Balrog free.

I call it Rogsworth because it's old and has gray eyebrows.

you can only use first and second job skills against balrog, and all of his attacks are fullscreen and un-dodgeable. the highest damage he did to anyone was ~2.3k. when everyone got returned to town, it kicked me out of the balrog's cave.. >_>

overall it was a really bad experience.

yeah, can you believe that? my friend steve, who's a level 74 nightwalker was doing more damage than me in there.. the highest hits I did were like 700 per bullet with double fire. and they expect you to kill this thing in 30 minutes.. this boss is just awful. nobody kills it because it's absolutely no fun at all.

on top of all that, the last patch made it so that you don't have to do manji's quest before fighting balrog.. so much for all the hours I spent hunting those damn items! and now the story has basically been thrown out the window as well since it's not mandatory to do any of the quests.. they really, really screwed this boss up BIG TIME.

Why on earth can you only use 1st-2nd job skills? How does that even fit in?

I was just in 2 runs, and i think it disables too.... ;; Bue yeah, only 1st - 2nd job skills. And i do like... 70 70 with Magic Claw Normal is 1k 1k :/ Warrios are great in there.
