In short, Windows 7 is not better than XP. It's a whole other operating system which does not fall in line with any of their requirements or recommendations.
But the sheer fact that windows 7 is an UPGRADE from XP should give them more than enough reason to update their systems to begin with, so we don't have to deal with the glitches.
