Why did nexon change the animation for Arrow rain/eruption?

In the beginning, you could use arrow rain and arrow eruption and see the animation without any mobs nearby. Now you have to be near a mob to see the animation.

Why did they change it?

Because they realized we can't read their minds and decided to pineapple with us.

may have something to do with hack fixes, so you cant sit in a map botting unless you can always hit monsters from where you stand.
