CS can only cover mount for now.

You're aware that there are multiple colors of jaguars available right? And at the above, that the Jaguar is a mount, not a summon. But yeah as far as I can tell right now there aren't any upgrades for jaguar the way there is for evan's dragon. It would be pretty easy to do though, just open up a new map of cooler-looking jaguars to catch once you reach 70 or 120.

There are no upgrades. No idea about covering it with NX mounts though.

There is however, a rare jaguar with glowing eyes that gives 20% additional speed.

Can't be covered with CS mounts because it's not summoned through the Monster Riding skill.

To get the Jaira (glowing eyed jaguar), you have to be in the jaguar nest at a certain time of day and wait for it to spawn. A blue message will appear then you can start weakening it.

Anyone get a Tiger Mount from the DB event? Those were actually designed amazingly, though they were fairly big. They could've just made them ride those.

I completely disagree. That tiger looked awful, it was too busy. Compare it to every other thing in the game and it's obvious, it just doesn't fit in. It'd be like taking a cut out of from Avatar's 3D and inserting it into a generic anime style.

Granted the jaguar is lacking in detail, but the tiger is on the opposite end of the spectrum, way too much detail, and still looks terrible.

eh? I never said that would be the case. I just said it's POSSIBLE for them to let you upgrade to a cooler jaguar, and it would be easy at that, because of how simple the catch mechanism is that's used on the existing jaguars. There's no such thing right now, but it could be implemented without much effort.
