Which item should I potentialize?

I've got all those, plus an unpictured clean Silver Deputy Star.

Which should I use a 70% potential on? (Hope it doesn't break! )

Well the helm can be replaced easily than everything else, But in my opinion do the cape, it depends on what stats you want.

If you don't have other characters that you play on, sell the PaC and the WG. Then, potential a class glove scrolled for attack and find a lvl70+ cape to potential as well.

Since I'm assuming you're a DB, you probably need that dex to wear some of the gear. Depending on how funded you are (From your post I assume it would be kinda hard to replace some of those items) will determine what item you should try. Personally, I'd go for the cape if I was in your situation, then the helmet if I could get another with ease.

Or if you're poor, i'd sell it and merchant with it. Chances are you won't get a nice bonus if it passes, and you'll have to spend more money cubing. Unless you get something good, it probably won't help you that much with your traniing speed currently, and if you really did get something good, you could sell it for a lot more since prices are still high as they should drop as time goes on.
