Windows XP help with maybe lil bit of programing

So anyways I recently just dual booted my computer. The only thing is that I cannot find the drivers for my graphics card which is an AMD ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4670 1GB. Also for my chipset which are intel mobile core 2 dou P8600, also for my sound card which idk lol. Any kind of help would be lovely appreciated.

FYI: My operating system is win 7 and I am dual booting on win XP 32 bit system. Also I did try a 46xx series driver but it did not work successfully.

I tried all of that for ATI drivers with XP you have to modifiy the problem. I found how to fix it like just 2 hrs ago here is the fix if anyone is interested:
