What has dropped Potential scrolls for you?

Trying to see if the scrolls have been indeed dropping or not.

I think all monsters drop regular potential scrolls. I haven't found one yet though. =/

Let's hope that if the 70%'s do drop from most, if not all monsters that the drop rate isn't fucking low compared to that of the bot-catching monsters' rate of dropping their monster card. >_>

This is correct. All monsters drop regular potential and item enhancement scrolls.

A bishop in my guild said he found one but not where. So I guess they do drop.

Plenty of people I talk to are getting them.

They drop from nearly everything before someone asks.

Only Chaos HT/Zak and Pink Bean drop them iirc.

A friend of mine said he got one from ligators or neckis in kerning and a guildie of mine said he got one from chief qualm guardians in ToT.
