Reporting players in game, whats nexon's priorties?

You can report a player for a many different things if they are doing something wrong. Most of the time, you could send a ticket and hope Nexon turnes their attentions to it.

However, when you report a player for lets say: Fraud; Selling Mesos through websites via paypal.

Or a player that's creating a situation where they're stalking you.

Which comes first in their eyes? Who gets banned first?

Also does the NX value of the character matter as well? Does banning players have exceptions over big spenders?

I recall a Scanian GM letting players off the hook if they had NX or something. Back in 2006.

Also, you make the assumption that GMs actually ban.
