Anyone know the actual or new dual charge calculation for paladin?

Hi all,

If I am not wrong, the dual charge formula has some problem and the paladin are not dealing the correct damage it is suppose to be.

However, after the revamp into KMS, does anyone know if this has been corrected?

Is there any change to the dual charge formulation?

What is the new formulation in KMS now after revamp?

1 dual charge,dual elements.so advantage and disadvantage.
2 Lighting in dual charge: (125%-1)/2=12.5%
3 add them as a modifier
