Dragon Rider PQ

I remember reading somewhere that there is a requirement besides just level to participate in Dragon Rider PQ. Or maybe I'm just imagining things. But if there is, can anyone tell me what you need?

I believe it is some item that Balrog PQ drops.

You need the flying skill, which is a decently easy quest to get, and you need a balrog seal stone every time you want to enter. The balrog seal stone only drops from normal mode balrog and is tradeable, and it get used up when you go in dragon rider pq.

Balrog PQ only has Easy and Normal modes as of now. Yes you guessed it.

- Does every member of the party need a balrog seal stone to enter (plz no) or "only" every PartyLeader or "only" the leader of the whole PartySquad?
- How many stones drop per Ballrog PQ kill? (knowing Nexon... mostly 0 and sometimes 1...)

Only the leader needs the stone, I think only one drops per balrog kill, but I'm not sure. It's six people max, so it's not squad-based.
