Has anyone gotten this link from customer service?

While looking for information about changing your email, i came up on a thread from basil linking to this page http://www.nexon.net/Support/SupportForm...heme=Nexon

I want to know if anyone who made a ticket requesting an email change and got approved was sent to this page? Also has anyone tried this page without going through customer support?

I've actually used this page. Several of my accounts were locked (LOCKED, not BANNED) thanks to my ip-ban, and can only be unlocked via email. My biggest problem is that I have never had access to the email of my main account, so I filled this out. There's been no response yet.

Too bad you need your secret question and everything. I doubt people still remember that pomegranate now.
