Question : Have you updated all of your drivers?

Does that happen after hacksheild loads and the game is about to open but you get that instead, i think that's the same as mine, im still trying to figure it out, ive downloaded it 5 time from most of nexons download sites, im currently trying to get an earlier version and patch it up to this one.

Maple's been screwy with me lately as well. I can't get past the Pando Media Booster phase of the download, and I think it may have to do with my Norton firewall, but I'm still not sure. I constantly have to redownload and reinstall Maple, and it becomes a huge pain.

Fixed it-
not sure if it was drivers or corrupt partition.
Regardless OS change helped.

Ok, now, first, its probably because you haven't updated your drivers to the latest version, to check which ones you don't have updated,

click start>Run>type in "dxdiag," if this is your first time entering this part of your computer, it should give you a message, so just click yes, and enter the program.

Now click the "Display" tab, and go through all your drivers making sure every one of them is updated to the latest version.

If this doesn't resolve your problem, that means you need to download and install a registry cleaner, and click the "fix" button, or do a scan, to get rid of the virus or whatever may be preventing you

from accessing the game. Hope things turn out for you, and good luck! =)
