Leeching for glasses?

Are Evans' glasses only tradeable trough storage after using psok, or are they tradeable outside your account aswell; Will they be for sale in the fm?
If so it'll be eassier to get your evan to lvl 100 using leech

I'm pretty sure psok is to evan's glasses as sok is to zhelms, etc. So they'll be sellable in FM and people will probably be leeching them to 100.

thats not what i meant, all im asking is if psok make these glasses tradeable to all, or just transferable via the storage

makes me rage that you can't even put them into the storage at least... Why do I have to pay a ridiculous amount of money just to move them onto another character on the same account!?

Seriously I don't even want Platinum Karmas to be added. So expensive and I don't see why Arans get a freely account shareable equip and Evans don't.
