Chocolate boxes/baskets act like charms right?

So why did I lose both my basket and a charm in one death? >_>

What happened:

Basically, last night, I stupidly died at guardians and didnt get a chance to remake a box, so I took my charms (I had 2 of them) out of storage to train. Today, after coming home from school, I went and made my box, then went back to train. However, I forgot to put my charms away and then had another stupid moment where I died. First screenshot shows the text, the next two shows BOTH the heart basket and a charm missing.

Is there something Im missing in the way that baskets/chocolates function or is this another one of those nexon ploys to get money (albeit 70 cents) more than they deserve? I know its my fault for not putting the charm away and it'd be fair if either got taken away (though I'd have preferred if the chocolate was gone over the charm because its cheaper and easily obtainable) but to have BOTH taken away? D:

This is a glitch, it hasn't happened in previous years. I would log a ticket showing Nexon that screenshot and ask if you can get another charm.

So when you die, it will take 1 of all items that have the ability save your EXP when its supposed to take only one. Rip Off.

We're sorry for this confusion. Please note, however, that the Safety Charm is working as intended. Should you receive any items that protect against Experience loss when you die (such as you have noted), we recommend temporarily storing your Safety Charms in the Cash Shop.

As for your contest prize, our records do not indicate that there has been a problem with the delivery of your T-Shirt. We are very sorry if you have not yet received it. While we are glad to hear that you received your computer, we will not be able to assist further with your Shirt.

Tl;dr: We're supposed to keep charms inside Cash Shop. As well, I decided to ask about my t-shirt (to see what's up with it and to make it simple to see if I got an automated response or not) and basically that's saying Im not going to get it. It's like a running joke with me and I dont really care anymore, but it's nice to know I didnt get an automated response, lol.

So that's where my charm went.

I'm also wondering why I can't do the Basket quest and Cody's Valentine quest again? Just the Heart Choco one this year. My mule was able to do all three. Why can't my main do 'em all again?

I know this wouldn't affect quest count (because I've done them before), but I'm just curious as to why.

It's because the basket quest and cody's valentine quest are not repeatable at all and Nexon just reused last year's quests.

Ah, that explains why I couldn't get the basket! Thank you, I was a little confused on that one. (It seems this game has that effect on me or is it the company?)

happened to me yesterday at gaurdians I was pretty pissed.

Same thing happened to me because I got too careless with Mr. Pole of Doom. I was really peeved.
