Evan glasses

Few questions about these:

1. Since it can be PSoK'd, does that mean it is tradable (to characters NOT on the same account)?

2. If you delete your evan, will the glasses disappear?

3. Can they be chaos scrolled?

1) Yes.

2)If the glasses are on the Evan character, yes. If it's not on the evan character, then no.

3) If they have slots, yes.
