Do they really need to announce every FM spammer they ban? It's not like they're hard to catch, or harmful in any way to other players. I guess it's a good way to pad out the list, but I still see them in the FM every time I visit so it's not that effective.

It makes them look good. Anyone who plays the game knows that a majority of that list is made up of characters that nobody cares about. If you're a newcomer to the game, or someone who's looking into Nexon, you'll see the large list and see that they have evidence that they "work hard to protect the players".

That aside, I don't think this is the point. None of us really cared if he was banned or not. The real response we want is for Nexon to post on the matter seriously. What we have now is a simple "Yeah, it happened, now shut up" message on the Nexon forums. Obviously this message will be deleted fairly soon, and with that Nexon plans to sweep the whole situation under the rug.

I also noticed that some GM names have been changed. When I looked at my ticket that's still open, it lists a different GM name, yet the signature of the original GM remains the same. LOL! That won't help much now will it.

Would you be kind enough to enlighten us as to what the GM's name was, and what they changed it to? I'd love to check myself, but neither of my 3 tickets that I filed on the day of the patch have been read.

Naw. I didn't think about trying the website at school on my iTouch. Although-- the notice that it gives me when I try to log in explicitly says that I'm IP banned, not that the account is banned.

that's what all of the IP bans say, but people have reported being unable to log into accounts connected to that IP.
