was anyone else unable to get aran's gift?

I have a lv41 aran, and I went on my highest leveled character, lv67 spearman, but they didn't let me get a gift. It just says I didn't get one.

Casandra didn't think you were good enough.... she's kind of like 1/3 the B*tch Kenta is but hates low level people instead of high level people.
