Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!: After advancing to 3rd job, talking to nineheart does not give you the skill full swing.

Did you do the level 63 and 68 quests? I saw someone using Full Swing earlier today.

I talked to my friend today who was having trouble. He said he went into Ellin Forest, and then a lightbulb popped onto his head. Then he got fullswing after doing some stuff.

I'm not sure what that quest was though.
