Have Black Friday sales always been quantity-limited?

I can't remember...they've had a handful of sales and my memory escapes me. I know I didn't buy anything last year, so I don't know about that, but I think it was a couple years back.

In Scania, two years ago, the items were limited I believe. Last year, the CS was glitched so nobody could buy anything during Black Friday...

The items were limited, but there were some that were available in outrageous amounts, that they wouldnt sell out.

Ex. AP resets a few years ago...there were like 10k of them. Even in Scania, only around 3000-4000 sold.

From what I remember, the quantity for each item was based on the population of the server.
