I recall last patch that no one could do the "Tristan's Successor" quest because some NPC was missing in the Ant Tunnel Dungeon(s). Did they fix that, or is the NPC still missing?

And if it's there, what map is it?

The missing note should be in Ant Tunnel I, but I haven't checked it since the patch came out to tell if it's really there or not.
