OK, so are they planning to not give out the prizes, and then waiting for people to log tickets?
That's the only logical reason I can see for making the list so unfriendly to use: hoping most of the winners never realize they won.

lolz, cheap ass nexon.. I see a name on that list, a friend and guildie of mine, who I KNOW quit and hasn't logged in a SINGLE TIME during this event. (Hobofever) I love how they always pull a bunch of names out of their asses for these events, handing out rewards to those that arent even eligable.

Note: names with letter tricks (big I's instead of l's, vv instead of w, 0 instead of o, etc) probably weren't detected correctly.
