Can someone explain to me how leveling Reverse items works? I've used the search function but I'm still confused. Does the exp come from my kills only, or can I party and train like I normally would at Newts/Skeles? And is it better to level it up first then scroll or scroll then level? My reverse Diesra is 109 clean(Friend bought it for me for 5m, guessing someone got it from Gach or whatever), so I think scrolling would be better so I can get some STR. Any help is appreciated.

At first I thought this thread was about leveling in reverse (going from 100 to 99) XD
From what I understand, it's better to scroll after leveling it, because you wouldn't want to waste money scrolling an item that's going to have sucky stats after leveling it.
But then again, there's also the factor of how long it takes you to level it, and if it would take you a while to level it, than it may be better to scroll it before leveling it.
The choice all depends on your situation.
I can't really help you with anything else though, not that experience with the whole concept myself.

You would probably be much better off if you used Maker Skill to create your weapon. The ones coming from gacha are inherently weaker.

You guys didn't answer his/her question o-o
Your exp gains affect the item's exp gain. So you can just sit there in a party and leech. Eventually the weapon will level up.

Like Rei said, it's from exp you gained. I think somewhere around 40 mil exp for the first level, although I can't really remember.
Also it's better to scroll with Legendary Spirit before equipping (and subsequently leveling) it. If scrolling sucks, you can sell it; if you equip it, you can't ever sell it.
