Empty (regular permit) shop still open

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
I went into the FM one day when one of my friends told me to go into this shop owned by a player and not a hired merchant. When I went in, to my suprise...there was nothing inside the shop. Some people claim that there was a z-helm for sale while others said there was absolutely nothing for sale.
Last time I checked, you can't have a regular store permit shop with NOTHING inside...

It's nothing new, put an item up for whatever amount you want. Hold down spacebar and click open store. While still holding down the spacebar, click on the item and hover it back over your invenotry window. Now you have to time it so you release the spacebar right before you left click the item back into your inventory.
