glitched monster spawn time (.75)

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
I noticed that harps spawn time is around 7 seconds instead of 4, also others have said skeles/newties is slow as well.
Proof would be just taking a bishop/AM there and seeing for yourself.
it is not lag, it showed up on multiple computers durring the late night.

Interesting... I wish this was some deliberate action to slow down the ultimatespamming a bit, but alas it's most likely something random, maybe even a missconception in the first place.
