Drain and SSK when transformed suffers from slow speed

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:

Issue/Problem/Bug: While Transformed as a Marauder/Buccaneer, the skills Somersault Kick and Drain have an odd "delay" to them. They act like you're not using Booster when in fact you have both Booster and SI effect.

Hard to take a picture of it. Any pirate transformed will know the problem.

Actually, when using shockwave today, it was taking longer for it to animate as well, which leads me to believe tthat the transform skill itself is messed up.

It's the fact that Transform has its own set of character movement frames, and their delays don't all match up to the normal ones. I guess Drain and SSK in particular have a large difference.
