I know people got unbanned, just the fact that during their ban someone people probably bought/spent nx and after getting banned they'd sign on and support the game or be right back at it; priceless.

And just so you know if you sank even a tenth as much money into a subscription based mmorpg and you were banned due to some error you'd be unbanned within 24 hours.

It is funny to me now, and in retrospect of what I've spent, what Nexon and og planet do in terms of failure to reimburse users for just simple things that should be reimbursed. Extra hours for cash shop items from patch downtimes or compensated experience drop cards are the main things off the top of my head.

In the end that doesn't make you smart, it simply means you can regurgitate the information others have created within the allocated 2 hour time frame.
