"S> Ban"

After posting on Basil in a large thread centered around Canadians, Tornadoes, and North Korea, I received a suspension for a post. Out of context, I agree with the suspension, but it came with a "Moderator:", like a Mod's note or something, saying "S> ban".
No idea what it means.
Anyone know?

Probably a code translation for something like a symbol. Sometimes on basil the " mark shows up as something like that.

Happens mostly on thread titles.
