What's the earliest level possible to get the Quest Specialist Medal?

What is the earliest level to have enough quests in order to meet the Quest Specialist requirements? I'm level 82, and i counted all my quests in the Available and In Progress tabs (including parts of a chain) and even if i had them all complete i wouldn't have enough, and need to consider it's impossible for me now to Kill Papulatus and Horntail which kills a few quests for now.

I have a level 85 on my list with the medal.

I was level 84 when I got mine on my Hermit. Earliest possible was level 80 (I didn't get it right away at 80 because I trained an extra day before doing it). It MAY be possible at 75 EARLIEST, but it would be very close and require doing some truly difficult quests. I believe 80 is the earliest you can get it comfortably (or at all).

Just make sure you do the Magatia PQ. It unlocks a TON of quests. It pushed me from 77x to like 798 or thereabouts (I did literally every single Magatia quest possible on my Hermit, even Yulete's Reward).

No pineappleing wonder D: I was way past level 85 when that crap came out. I have pretty much every non-Showa, non-missable, or "collect this insanely rare item" quest completed and it's only in the 810s. Or maybe 820s, haven't checked. Stupid missable quests.

Yeah, it blows. The worst part is that the Magatia PQ-related quests are actually REALLY fun, at least dialogue wise. I wish I could have done them on my Bowmaster. You get do to fun experiments with Yulete and go back and forth between Romeo and Juliet, delivering gifts and such, until they eventually get engaged.

I enjoyed them.
