Agent Equipment

This question has probably been asked around lots of times but I still have not found my answer.

Question 1. I've heard that to get the Ultimate Agent Shoes you need the peramemnt version of every other equip. My question is whether you need the Parachute Agent Shoies? I dropped mine because I ran out of space, any way of getting them back?

Question 2. My spearman currently has 70 or so of those receive scrolls. Would I need to collect 100 receiver scrolls on my main or could I collect the rest on my spearman? This is just to get the Ultimate Agent Shoes BTW.

Question 3. Do I need both of the perma agent capes, I hvae the invincible one on me atm. Do I need to get the ultimate one, or is the inv just fine? Just to get the Agent shoes, strictly speaking.

Yes you need the temporary parachute shoes. If you've only gotten rid of them once, then you can get them back by talking to Gaga. If you've gotten rid of both pairs then you're screwed and can't get the permanent ones no matter what.

You need to turn in 100 on a single character. Each character get their own count.

There's only one agent CAPE. You probably mean the outfits, and you only need one of them, it just has to be a permanent one. Invincible or Ultimate, it doesn't matter.
