Permanent Agent Equips or not?

I was just reading the .72 patch notes and saw this:

Agent equip received from the quest can be used until September 9th.

I think they're going to pull a Nexon on us as usual.

Isn't that the date when Pink Tubes expire?

Um, no. There are permanent Agent Equips.
