Missing platforms and NPC in Ellinia

Issue/Problem/Bug: There are two missing platforms and an event NPC in Ellinia.

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!: Well.. there's not much to describe.. but a screenshot is better than a thousand words.

This bug was already posted before, besides the missing Agent NPC that is. But that's a general problem, since it's not in the right place in almost every town. :p

Lol, I've been looking so long to find Agent E in Ellinia a few days ago. Thanks for letting me know where she is. f3 Didn't check all the way up there, since there's never a npc there during any of the events. ;x

Well.. if it's there it's because the server generated a new spot to spawn it, as the platform where it's supposed to be isn't there.

Yay! I can do things in Ellinia now! Sucks I'm in Ludi...

I think Agent E is misplaced in Magatia as well. I believe I saw her on top of the Alcadno house.

She is, furthermore, she's too far from her registered position, and therefore you cannot start quests with her.
