how can u find what was added to patch?

usley i see the patch thread that shows new maps\items and etc that were added.. anyone posted it yet? any way i can do this alone?

Make an unpacker or have connections to people who post the stuff. I don't post anything for GMS anymore, so there's not too much from me.
