About family problem

So i guess nexon is trying to improve, at least they are answering peoples on nexon forum.

This dude reported the family glitch that is happening in khaini, and NXPEPE replied him:

I would think they can fix it on the server side. To me, it seems like a problem with the database containing the family information (who's a junior of whom, etc.), since some people have problems while others don't. So, if they clean up their corrupted database, I think the family stuff will work again.

Well they will have to put up a server check, since you can't update a half broken -running- database correctly...

Let's hope they do them together! Family System fix and Shadowers / Marauders / Buccaneers skill fixes!

I think the skill fixes require a patch since it's mostly a client data/.exe thing. They can't do anything about it server-side.

Skills will probably need a patch. Hopefully they won't only fix the family system with a servercheck, but also Shadower skills and Marauder/Buccaneer skills with a small patch.

Family can just be adjusted with a server check, because it's not like the UI is broken or something, but the family code in the servers is.
