10% defense scrolls give 50 def, 30 mDef, and 50 HP. They come in the following flavors: top/bottom/overall/cape/shields/helm.
So yeah, that 60% HP scroll is a joke; even for DA.

You are comparing a 10% scroll to a 60% scroll? And you are saying that a 10% scroll that gives LESS HP makes the 60% scroll a joke? "This item that almost never succeeds and gives less bonus makes that other one that gives more and succeeds more frequently into a useless item." Really?
