choosing gear for a heavily funded kaiser

I guild friend asked me for some advice in funding a kaiser and I was hoping SP could help me answer her question

She wishes to fund a kaiser. Her available funds are 120b in windia ( T.T ). She already has a sword. She wants to know roughly what range she can end up with. Primarily if she can reach 1mil range or higher then she will go ahead and fund the kaiser. Otherwise... she's not sure what she'll do. Anyways, any help on rough ranges that she can pull off (and how she can do so) would be appreciated. Thanks.

What the pineapple is this game coming to when 120bil is even obtainable? I knew Windia's economy is messed up but jeez.

Sadly, it's not really worth as much as you'd think.

She'd be able to get 15%+ STR RA decently scrolled, perfected superior gollux (although it may be cheaper to scroll herself,) and SW tat and glasses (scrolled or clean depends), shoulder, and MAYBE tyrants (def clean, maybe 5 starred,) ALONG with cubing an emblem (or buying one, but in Scania I never see them) and secondary. The android and heart she can get now is pretty much a free 30 att.

Not 1m clean. Pretty close though, maybe 800k.

Thanks, I'll let her know. She already has a 320ish attack sword with 30% boss 12% total 9% att btw.

Already took that into account.

But, in reality, range really means nothing. Just see if she likes bossing with kaiser; further funding will follow from that.
