exactly... 467 people is not much at all. Think about all the users that are already settled in a guild that they love... lets call that about 20% of people above 75. Illigits would probably take up another 10%. Noobs 20%. People that have quit... 10%... that already leaves you with less than 230 people to choose from... and god knows how often they play or how mature these people are. Setting a level cap on a guild that doesnt even have a name yet is probably a bad idea. Start small and grow.

By 3rd job, most people have guilds. :/
Lower the cap to 35 or something to weed out mules/soon2quitters.
