When did they buff the explorer's critical ring?

I'm fairly certain that for the longest time it was just the 10% critical rate.

Hmm, that's interesting. I probably wouldn't of even noticed unless I was bored and looking at equips. Perhaps they're being too generous this patch.
Now if only it were tradeable of some sort...

Some patches ago, but I never noticed when myself, it changed back to how it was originally. It's at least 4 or more patches ago definitely though.

changed a few good patches ago, didn't get the insta-kil effect back though.

somewhat pissed because NOW, the cruel ring is actually better for me (5% crit chance, but 20% min crit damage)

A couple other equips got that ninja edited in too.

My Explorer's Bazlud back from that "Explorer Rebalance" patch has +40% Minimum Critical Damage now.

I wish these rings were account tradeable, or at least were able to be moved with a Sharing Tag.

checked it with ring, SE and sacrifice (1.6x min damage) against without SE and without ring (1.5x min/max damage)

the minimum critical i did didn't go under the expected amount, and i tested for about 5 mins at a 75% crit rate and 4 hits per attack, i'd say it works perfectly.

It's too bad min crit damage isn't actually as useful as +crit damage used to be. I mean, all this gives me is 150~150, and 2nd job Crit practically got there anyway.
