When I won, they sent me an email asking me to fill out a form with my information and to email them back (within 1 week if I remember correctly). Don't know if they changed it, but this was I think 4-5 years ago. The computer arrived, the t-shirt never did. Oh well, good luck!

Probably the Master Merchant event from MTS. I was a second place winner of that, I didn't get ANY of the pomegranate from it though, it was like 25K NX, a beach towel and a tshirt. First prize was a "1,000 dollar PC", if I recall.

Basically, I won first place in this event. I even left them a ticket asking about it, and they said it was mailed out, and if I didn't get it, then too bad.
