We just wanted to let you know that we had a major connectivity issue since 3:00 A.M (PDT) on the BERA server, 7/4/2012.

Please be aware that related team members have been notified about this incident, and we are looking into the cause. Further announcement will be made if necessary.

Actually "connectivity issues" started about 2:50am.Rolleyes
