Tomb Raider (2012)
#1
 Trailer
 Gameplay video

Am i the only one who is incredibly excited for this? the environments look amazing, the character detail and the realistic gameplay all look awesome, and frankly, a dark, gritty survival horror reboot of Tomb Raider just seems like a great idea to me. (mostly cause it's combining those 2 things)

It also looks tense as pineapple and will keep on the edge of my sanity seat

Stop bsing reasons, the only reason why you want to buy it is because Lara Croft looks hotter than ever.

'Course if I can sneak it from my parents I'll get it too.

Dunno, maybe because they dont usually do games like this, although i was satisfied with the work they did with Deus EX Human Revolution.

Square-Enix acquired Eidos Interactive a few years ago. Eidos owned Core Design and Crystal Dynamics, the two studios who developed the past and present Tomb Raider series, respectively. So it's all covered by the Square-Enix name now.

Square Enix gobbles up good amount of things these days. They will also be publishing Sleeping Dogs which was originally going to be a game from the True Crime series published by Activision.

I'm not super excited but it definitely caught my interest when it was first shown. It seems like it will be quite a nice reboot. It has a lot of potential, I hope it turns out well.
