Finally saw a 140 dual bowgun being smega'd: http://oi43.tinypic.com/sy8fp2.jpg

I guess a few people did receive the 140 weapons after all during hot time without a notice appearing for the
winners.

Has anyone seen a 140 cannon or katara yet in their world?
