It's true for current PotS, but not for older ones. I currently have 2 PotS on my main (extended the time limits on them by 99 days with that cash shop item). They even stack with the 2% Exp ring. However, if I grab a PotS out of the legend shop on my other characters and then try to stack them, it doesn't work. There had to be a time when they changed the items to stop working like that. I did it perfectly legitimately 4 months ago, but cannot do it on any new character. My old training group had 3 people doing lit like I did. The PotS on my main doesn't say 'Unique Equipped Item" on it.
