I'm pretty sure the Hot Time with the 140 weapons had them as a possibility.

flying mount skill seems to be glitched for ds, after paying 50mil for dragon wing scales you cannot complete the quest for skill

you probably won't feel better after this, but the mount glitch seems to be for everyone, pally i know couldn't complete the quest.
